About Rodney Grubbs 
Well let’s start with the important stuff.
I am a husband to my fabulous wife, Karen, whom I’ve been married to for 30+ years. She is my best friend in life. We have mentored and coached engaged and young married couples for over 20 years.
I’m also “Dad” to two college graduated, recently married sons, Josh and Zack. I’m extremely proud of the young men they have become.
As far as my professional experiences, I retired at age 48 after a nineteen year career with AT&T. While with AT&T, I worked several years as a corporate trainer and the rest as a data analyst and project manager. I reckon you could say business analysis is my “thing”.
Since retirement, I have been busy building my coaching business, along with an assortment of personal businesses and enjoying time with the family.
Through “Your Business Ignited” I help business owners quickly raise their profits by getting a flood of new customers while actually decreasing their advertising costs.
Its not as tough as most people think, even in today’s economy.
I co-founded a personal residential real estate investment company and built it to over a million dollar portfolio within 18 months.
I co-founded “Visionary Tennis”, an online league scheduling company for adult tennis players of all ability levels.
And lastly, I am Director of Marketing and Promotions for my oldest son’s fundraising company, SportsBlastUSA.com .

About Jen Griffin
My family means the world to me. I am married to an incredbile man, Matt, for 10+ years.
We have 4 bouncing, and I do mean bouncing children. 2 girls and 2 boys. So we are an adventurous family where having fun is a top priority.
We are very involved in the lives of our kids, as well as our church family. At church I help with kids church, oversee a leadership development school, and lead a weekly small group of amazing women.
As for my professional experiences? My business life has been very interesting. I started by teaching high school math and coaching volleyball and track for 5 years.
After having two children, I decided to stop teaching (at least professionaly) and be a stay at home mom.
To make the stay at home dream work, I started a tutoring company. From start to finish it took me 90 days to go from zero dollars to over $1000 a mont with clients waiting in line.
You will see a lot of what I learned and implemented in that single 90-day period in my business coaching today.
With the birth of baby #3, I added being a real estate investor to my list of credentials. My kids got really good at spotting rehab houses as we drove neighborhoods and analyzed deals. I’m still an active real estate investor today and currently serve as a board member for the Cincinnati Real Estate Investor’s Association.
I’ve also had extensive success in business marketing. I’ve studied online business marketing in depth and learned from some of the best marketing minds in the world.
I’ve done everything online from building social networks and automated customer-lead gathering systems , to building fully optimized web portals and blogsites.
In today’s online marketing world, the key is being able to stay up with the ever-changing technology and available tools. That is where I shine.
Doing business online has brought many great opportunities for me and my family and as an internet marketing specialist, I’m excited to now share my knowledge with you.
To help you get a feel for what I bring to the online business marketing world, here are a few of my recent online accomplishments:
* Started a new site with a new domain and had (actually still has) over 1000 unique visitors a month within five months.
* My very first youtube video had 11,000+ views in 120 days.
* Used a single information-sharing site to post 14 articles that had 25,000+ views in less than 9 months.
* Developed a pay per click campaign with an 18.2% click through rate.
* Developed a product specific optimized blog site that outranks both Amazon and the actual product manufacturer.
My real passion is to help people live an ignited life. And I guess that passion just spills over into my business coaching.
